MARGOVA (“MARGOVA”, “we”, “us”, “our”) recognize the importance of your personal information. To provide, update, maintain and protect the Services and our business. This includes using Personal Information to assist in providing the Services, prevent or troubleshoot service errors, security or technical issues, analyze and monitor usage, trends and other activities, or at your request. MARGOVA may use your email address or phone number to send you communications (including any communications required by law in lieu of communications by post). If you correspond with MARGOVA via email, we may store the content of your email messages, your email address and our replies.

To personalize your experience and improve customer service. This includes personal information to understand your purchase/shopping preferences so that we may promote other products that may be of interest to you, to notify you of items remaining in your shopping cart as uncompleted transactions and related communications. To send emails and other communications. MARGOVA may send you service, technical and other administrative emails, messages and other types of communications. MARGOVA may also contact you to inform you about changes to our products and important notices such as security and fraud notices.

To process transactions, including billing, account management and other administrative matters. We use your data to process transactions. This includes processing discount codes provided by our third-party brand ambassadors. To improve our website. We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from our users and visitors.

The legal basis for the associated processing of your personal data is Art. 6 Para. 1 (f) GDPR (balancing of interests, based on our legitimate interest in continuously and profitably improving the content, functionality and attractiveness of the app through usage analysis) and Art 6 Paragraph 1 (b) GDPR (performance of contract) and Article 6 Paragraph 1 (a) GDPR (your consent).


MARGOVA may transfer, disclose and/or share your personal information with third parties to provide the services or products you have requested, in the following circumstances:

  • MARGOVA shares certain Personal Information with its shipping company, credit card company, payment processor, email service provider, and other third parties necessary to fulfill an order placed through the Services. Our online services are not intended for children under the age of 13 (16 in the EEA and 18 in the UK).
