Denitza Margova, the founder of MARGOVA, embarked on a journey to create timeless jewellery pieces with a contemporary twist. Driven by her imagination, enthusiasm, and creative strength, she decided to start her own jewellery label in the summer of 2014.

WHAT TIPS WOULD YOU GIVE TO WOMEN WHO ASPIRE TO START THEIR OWN BUSINESS?

1. Don't let anybody or anything discourage you. Keep chasing your dreams and don't give up until you get there. Good things sometimes take a bit longer...

2. Take the leap - sometimes, overthinking can hold you back. Being a little naive when launching my business meant that I didn't ask myself too many questions and just went for it. Fun fact: My parents weren’t very amused, when I quite my job to become a full-time jewellery designer.

3. Don't be afraid to reach out to people you don't know. Just push yourself out of your comfort zone. Whether it's asking for a meeting or sell in the store of your dreams. Building a strong network that can open you doors and provide opportunities for growth. Fun fact: I managed to sell at my dream store Colette, because I just wrote an email and introduced myself and my brand.

The most rewarding part is seeing the joy that my jewellery brings to my customers. Thank you so much for choosing my pieces to be a part of your journey and for making my work so meaningful.
