MARGOVA offers shipping to Germany and the rest of the world with our logistics partner DHL . All orders shipped from MARGOVA are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as you have received your delivery and confirmed it in writing, the insurance cover expires. We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CET (excluding public holidays). Estimated shipping times are in addition to processing times. Orders are usually processed within 2 working days. Please note that processing times can take up to 5 days during the sale season and public holidays.

Items are shipped from Karlsruhe, Germany with official documentation explaining the exact total of all goods purchased in EU Euros as well as the country of origin for each item.
