      All items are handmade and can therefore have fine speckles or scratches. 
      Since all pearls and beads are handmade products, there may be color and form deviations from the picture!

      Shipping

      All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Production times are specified in the descriptions and starts the first business day after the purchase.

      2 Year Warranty

      All items purchased from MARGOVA have a 2 year warranty from the date of receipt. Within this time frame any reparation or replacement of defects or damages due to the production of the product will be covered by us.

      Returns

      If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges for up to 14 days after items are received. Made to order items are not included.
